Ponemos en remojo la quinoa, la lenteja roja, por aproximadamente 10 minutos, lavamos las lentejas y la ponemos a hervir hay que cuidar que no se sobrecocine, ya que es más blanda que la normal colamos y reservamos, luego de enjuagar la quinoa, la ponemos a hervir con una cantidad de agua similar a la cantidad de quinoa digamos que un poquitín más, esta debemos cuidar y remover observando que no se nos queme, cuando observamos que ya casi no queda agua apagamos el recipiente y dejamos descansar
  2. Luego colamos la quinoa y ubicamos en un recipiente y reservamos
  3. En un bol, volcamos todos los ingredientes, la zanahoria rallada, el tomate cortado en cubitos, el ajo picado a gusto, sal, aceite de oliva, jugo de limón a gusto y el mix de semillas, mezclamos y listo, lo que ustedes quieren, hasta mañana
