Lo moldeamos con forma de milanesa, el grosor se lo darán ustedes, yo prefiero que sean un poco delgadas. Hervimos un poco de agua y cuando este hervida le colocamos las semillas de lino, unos 10 min a fuego bajo, cuando este bizcocho colamos las semillas y nos quedamos con el agua.
  3. Con el huevo de lino en un recipiente, el pan rallado en otro, pasamos la milanesa por el huevo y luego por el pan rallado.
