Cocinar siempre tapado. Apenas tiernizar y por último agregamos los champignones, tapar y retirar del fuego que con el mismo calor los champignones se tiernizan.
  4. Montaje del plato: Colocar las 2 tazas de caldo en una olla y añadirle el aji picante calentar bien y añadir el arroz y las lentejas (previamente bien escurridas y bien enjuagadas). No cocinar es sólo para calentarlo. Servir en cada plato 2 cucharones de este guisadito y por encima colocar las verduras. Y a disfrutar...
